Using this site
By browsing or ordering from this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions, and finish. Colours can render differently from screen to screen, and plated finishes vary slightly between production runs. This is normal and is not a defect.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund in full.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already dispatched. If a price error is obvious, we will contact you before dispatching.
Payment
Payment is collected through our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, copy, product designs, and the VEEDOFA name and marks — is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce it for commercial use without written permission.
Reviews and user content
When you submit a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish it on this site alongside your display name. You confirm the review reflects your own experience with the product. Our Reviews Policy explains what we publish and what we remove.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of United States where applicable, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
