Shipping
What to expect, and when.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET on a business day, or at any time over a weekend or US public holiday, begin processing on the next business day.
Rates and delivery
- Standard shipping — 5–8 business days, $4.95 flat rate.
- Free standard shipping — automatically applied to orders of $50.00 or more.
Delivery estimates are counted from dispatch, not from the moment you place the order. Carrier delays around November and December are normal; please allow a few extra days.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to the address on your order as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If it has been more than three business days since your dispatch email and tracking has not updated, write to support@veedofa.net and we will look into it.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party export addresses. If you are outside the US and interested in our pieces, contact us and we will let you know when your region opens.
Address accuracy
Please check your address and apartment or unit number before submitting an order. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at cost.
